Payment Practices

Ms. Foley is a provider for the following insurances and managed care companies:

• Blue Cross Massachusetts
• Blue Cross Rhode Island
• Most other Blue Cross products including Federal Blue
• Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of Massachusetts
• United Behavioral Health/United Health Care
• Tufts Health Care
• Magellan Behavioral Health
• Value Options
• Aetna
• Medicare
• Clients can also self-pay for services

A fee schedule is provided at the beginning of treatment. Direct payment for services, either full self-pay or copay, is requested on the date of service. Receipt of payment for services is given upon request and/or at the end of the calendar year. Clients are asked to know their insurance coverage and to provide authorization numbers and the address where claims to their insurance company can be mailed.
